Description


This FREE twelve-hour continuing education program for financial professionals
 covers both basic and advanced estate planning topics with an emphasis on how financial services and products fit into a well-crafted estate plan.

Session One on September 19 from 8 to noon will cover an overview of estate planning, transfer of decedent’s property, the probate system and transfers using nonprobate techniques and tools

Session Two on October 17 from 8 to noon will address a discussion of wills, transfer tax planning, valuation strategies and ownership strategies

Session Three on November 14 from 8 to noon will focus on advanced topics including life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships and case scenarios employing the use of these strategies.

Please note: There is no partial credit for this program.  Participants must fully attend all 3 sessions to receive the 12 hours CE credit.  Please plan accordingly!
